Jennifer graduated from the 3000 hour Medical Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She was born in and grew up on the North Shore in Vancouver and is incredibly excited to now be making a life in the Cowichan Valley where the opportunities for hiking, attending yoga classes and sipping great coffee are abundant.
Jennifer is particularly passionate about helping women navigate their pre and post natal journeys and treating sufferers of many types of headaches (tension, migraine, rebound, pregnancy induced). She is a certified Spinal ART® (Active Release Technique) provider and incorporates this technique into most treatments as it is highly effective for athletes, patients suffering from whiplash and patients with lingering muscle strain injuries.
